When I was in Louisiana over spring break, I saw these billboards from the FBI that showed criminals that they wanted to catch. The tour guide, Tyrone, on the bus that was taking us to New Orleans specifically pointed them out to us. I don’t know if they have these in New York, but I had never seen anything like that before. I thought it was a really interesting way to use visual media to attract public attention. Tyrone said that these billboards have actually been successful in catching criminals.
